–The offense was the story to start the game, but by the end it was Corbin Burnes who made the headlines as the Brewers dominated the Cubs at Wrigley Field on Wednesday night. 

Milwaukee scored seven runs in the first inning to set the tone, then Burnes went to work – tossing eight scoreless innings, giving up four hits while recording a career high 15 strikeouts – including 10 K’s in a row to tie a major league record. 

Omar Narvaez went 3-for-3 at the plate with a two-run single in the first and a two-run homer in the ninth to cap the scoring on the night. 

The Brewers go for the sweep this afternoon – first pitch is 1:20 PM with radio coverage at 12:45 on KFIZ.
