–Rafael Gaglianone missed a game-tying 42 yard field goal with 41 seconds left to play in the game as the Cougars pulled the stunner over the Badgers at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. Jonathan Taylor ran for 117 yards and a touchdown, while Alex Hornibrook completed 18 passes for 190 yards, no touchdowns and an interception in the loss for the Badgers – their first against a non-conference opponent at home since 2003. Wisconsin heads to Iowa City next Saturday to open Big Ten play against the Hawkeyes – kickoff is 7:30 pm from Kinnick Stadium.
