Kondex Corporation Hosts ‘AEM Manufacturing Express’ on October 11th in Lomira

Since its founding in 1974, Kondex Corporation has grown into a leading global supplier. Its mission, to help feed and fuel the world, is accomplished through its manufacturing of essential products for the food and energy industries. Kondex Corporation’s agricultural components are critical to harvesting the crops needed to produce food for people and animals, while its underground drilling products help deliver utilities to home and businesses. While these components are manufactured in a small town, they are shipped around the world and reach six continents.

To celebrate the legacy and impact of Kondex Corporation and its employees, the “Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Manufacturing Express” national bus tour will stop at its headquarters in Lomira on October 11th. This stop also coincides with National Manufacturing Month.

In this election year, when manufacturing policies and strategies are becoming key talking points in debates and stump speeches, AEM is working to elevate the voices of the 2.3 million men and women of this industry who build, feed, and power the world.

The largest public engagement initiative in the 130-year history of AEM, the “Manufacturing Express” tour is nearing the end of its tour which will cover 22 states with over 80 stops throughout the country. This tour highlights the innovative technologies, processes, people, and products revolutionizing the industry across America.

The Manufacturing Challenge, an industry-themed online game, is available to play at each stop and online for a chance to win the grand prize, Ford F-150.
