Leaf Collection Begins Monday In FDL

Temps are expected to drop into the mid to upper 20’s Sunday night, with hundreds of thousands of leaves expected to fall not far behind. The timing could be perfect, as leaf collection begins Monday in the City of Fond du Lac. Collection crews will being in the northeast section of the city, then proceed to the southeast, southwest and then finish with the northwest section. Crews are expected to make three complete rounds of the city during October and November. Residents are reminded to rake leaves to the curb, and that crews will not pick up leaves in plastic bags.
