Life in prison for Fond du Lac Homicide suspect in 2022 shooting

The man convicted of the shooting death of 40-year-old Brandon Johnson in Fond du Lac in August of 2022 was sentenced yesterday.
Fond du Lac District Attorney Eric Toney announced that Timothy Brown was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted for the homicide in January of this year.
According to the criminal complaint, Johnson and Brown got into an argument on the night of August 20th outside Leon’s Pub on north Main Street while Johnson was celebrating his birthday. Johnson left and Brown followed him, ultimately shooting him four times in the 200 block of Marquette Street.
