Man Arrested In Winnebago County Domestic Incident

A 55-year-old man from Larsen is in custody after a
domestic incident in the Winnebago County Town of Clayton Friday night.
Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home on Fairview Road around
9:30 Friday night for a report of a gunshot being fired. When deputies arrived,
they found that a 57-year-old woman who lived at the residence was unable to
leave the home safely. The Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team was activated and was
able to get the woman to safety. The man was taken into custody around 12:15 am
when he surrendered to deputies. He was taken to the Winnebago County Jail. No
one was injured in the incident. Fox Crossing Police along with the Wisconsin
State Patrol assisted at the scene.
