Man charged with 1st degree intentional homicide for Fond du Lac killing

A man accused of the shooting death of a 40-year-old man in Fond du Lac in August of 2022 was convicted Friday following a four-day jury trial.

32 year old Timothy Brown was charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Felon in Possession of a Firearm after an argument led to Brown shooting Brandon Johnson on Marquette Street in Fond du Lac at a birthday party.

Sentencing for Brown has been set for March 17th.
