Man Found Dead In Vehicle Near Waupun

The Waupun Fire Department and Lifestar EMS out of Waupun were paged to a report of a vehicle in the ditch and a lifeless person in the drivers seat Saturday morning, November 26, 2022 on Shamrock Road, east of Waupun and just south of Highway 49.

Initial investigation from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office shows the vehicle was travelling north on Shamrock Road and and left the roadway striking a ditch and culvert.

First responders on the scene attempted life saving measures but the person was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
