Man taken into custody after running from Fond du Lac Police

Fond du Lac Police took a man into custody early Monday morning, April 13, 2026, after a brief foot chase on south Main Street.

Just after 1:30 a.m., a resident in the area near 8th and Main was reporting that a person was continually ringing their doorbell.

When officers responded to the address, the man took off running. After chasing him for a couple blocks, officers took him into custody near 10th and Main.

No other details have been released however an ambulance was called to the scene for the man after he began to vomit and complain of stomach issues.
