Marian University Students Elected To Nursing Board

Marian University junior nursing students Sarah Mereness and Grace Bahr were recently elected to serve on the Wisconsin Student Nurses Association Board during the organization’s 72nd annual convention, held virtually earlier this month.

Bahr will supersede Mereness as communications director, while Mereness is set to become the Board’s secretary.

Three members of the Marian University Student Nurses’ Association attended the event, which allows participants to network with fellow Wisconsin nursing students, speak with potential employers, attend educational focus sessions, and participate in the business of the organization. 

“We are proud of the hard work and dedication that the students representing the Marian University Student Nurses’ Association put forth,” said co-advisors Melissa Zar and Breana Sutfin.
