Meeting In Ripon Tonight On State Hwy 44 Improvements

The state’s Department of Transportation will hold a meeting this evening to discuss construction details for the upcoming work on State Highway 44 from Douglas Street in city of Ripon to the Winnebago County line. The meeting will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Ripon City Hall council chambers. A short presentation will begin at 4:45 followed by an open-house format. The project includes reconditioning of the pavement surface and the addition of passing lanes.
