Missing dog that captured the attention of a community returned to owners

An update to a story we brought you last Friday…

In a post on Facebook, Brenda Edmunds, owner of Doggone Groomers & Boarding of the Waupun area, where the dog escaped from posted,

162 long hours ago, this little guy escaped the shop and sent us all on a wild goose chase!  This morning I got to return him to his mama my heart is so happy.  I have so MANY people to thank and I probably can’t even name a quarter of you. I am overwhelmed by the support of this community and those outside of Waupun.  You guys have searched right along with me, shared my posts, gave so much helpful advice, and put me in contact with people who could assist. I wish I could hug you all today

According to her post, members of Lucky Dog Rescue provided a trap, camera and the knowledge and patience to capture the runaway K9.
