Missing Oshkosh Man Found

A missing 35-year-old Oshkosh man was found safe and unharmed several hours after he was reported missing Sunday. Police say Samuel Manske has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old and is prone to Grand mal seizures. That’s why he was considered endangered when he was reported missing. Prior to being reported missing he was had been seen walking in the 1200 block of Michigan Street.
