Missing Ripon Teenager Found in Arizona

A missing 15-year-old girl from Ripon has been located.
The Ripon Police Department confirmed Tuesday afternoon that Cassandra Garza
had been found in Tucson, Arizona and was in the custody of FBI agents. Garza
was last seen in Ripon on October 30^th, and was reported to be
traveling with 21-year-old Talin Ross. Ross had an outstanding felony warrant
from Green Lake County for Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. The two
were rumored to be traveling to North Dakota, but information obtained by Ripon
Police on Monday night led investigators to direct their search to Arizona.
Ross was taken into custody in Phoenix, Arizona around 6 am Tuesday morning.
Garza was located later Tuesday morning. Ripon police say they will “continue
to work with Arizona authorities to make sure Cassandra is returned home as
soon as possible.”
