Missouri Man Charged with Seventh OWI in Washington County

A Missouri man now faces
his seventh OWI-related offense after being arrested in Washington County
over the weekend. West Bend
police responded to a report of a man asleep at the wheel in the middle of the
street. Officers were able to get the Kansas
City man to admit he had been drinking and that he
drove to that location. He was arrested and a warrant was obtained for a blood
draw.
