It’s opening day for the
Milwaukee Brewers as they hosts the Atlanta Braves at Miller Park.
Jean Segura is expected to get the start at shortstop today after missing most
of spring training with a shoulder issue. 
 Yovani Gallardo makes his 5^th
straight opening day start for the Brewers.

Last night, San Diego beat the Dodgers 3-1 to kick off
the MLB season on American soil.

 

The NCAA Final Four filled
out their field on Sunday as Connecticut
stopped Michigan State
60-54 and Kentucky got a late three pointer to
edge Michigan
75-72.

 

The Wisconsin Badger men’s
basketball team returned to Madison to thousands
of fans at the Kohl
Center.  Bo Ryan’s squad earned the 3^rd Final
Four in school history with their 64-63 overtime win over Arizona. 
The Badgers will face Kentucky
in the 2^nd of 2 national semifinals next Saturday night.  The tip is set for 7:49pm in New Orleans.

Sprint Cup race at Martinsville
on Sunday. Jimmie Johnson was 2^nd and Dale Earnhardt, Junior was 3^rd.  Earnhardt retakes the points lead with his
finish.  Matt Kenseth was 6^th.

 

Steven Bowditch won the Texas
Open on the PGA Tour by one shot over Will MacKenzie and Daniel
Summerhayes.  Madison’s Jerry Kelly tied for 6^th,
3 shots off the pace.
