Monroe Woman Sentenced For Dodge County Injury Accident

A 31-year-old Monroe woman was sentenced this week in Dodge County Court for driving drunk and causing an accident that injured a passenger and herself. Taina Torres will spend a month in jail, a year on probation, and have her driver’s license taken away for a year. Her blood alcohol level was more than 1 ½ times the legal limit when the accident happened last July on Highway 26 in the Town of Burnett.
