More Counterfeit Money Shows Up In FDL

There have been more cases of counterfeit money showing up in the city the past 10 days, with two more being reported on Monday. Police were called out Monday morning just before 10:00 a.m., to investigate the passing of a fake $100 bill over the weekend at Philly’s on 4^th in Fond du Lac. Police were then called out just after 11:00 a.m. to the Kwik Trip on South Main St., where the manager there reported a number of fake $100 bills were taken in either Thursday or Friday of last week. There are no suspects at the moment, but anyone with any information is asked to contact the FDL Police Department.
