Name Released In Lake DeNeveu Death

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials have released the name of the 23-year-old Delafield man who died while swimming on Lake DeNeveu on the 4th of July. Steven B. Wade was swimming when he experienced a medical issue. He went under water and did not resurface. The Sheriff’s Dive Team recovered his body about three hours later. Wade was an avid swimmer, but was not using a life preserver.
