Nate Groves announced as new Fond du Lac School District Chief Academic Officer

With the upcoming vacancy of Fond du Lac School District Superintendent being filled by Matt Steinbarth, his position of Chief Academic Officer needed to be filled, and the district has announced that position will now be held by Nate Groves.

As Chief Academic Officer, Groves will lead the district’s academic strategy and drive for continuous improvement.

Steinbarth, who will begin as Superintendent on July 1, said Grove’s experience in multiple leadership roles has strengthened Fond du Lac schools and fostered a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Grove transitions into the new role, coming from being the principal at Chegwin Elementary School for the last three years. Before that he was an assistant principal at Fond du Lac High School.

Groves holds a master’s in teaching from Cardinal Stritch University, a master’s in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
