NBW Bank Locations Now Operating under National Exchange Bank & Trust Name

National Exchange Bank and Trust announced Tuesday that its
recently-acquired NBW Bank locations in four area communities has been
completed. National Exchange Bank and Trust acquired NBW Bank and its locations
in Waupun, Rosendale, Brandon and Fairwater in May of 2019. With the conversion
complete, all locations are now operating under the National Exchange Bank
& Trust name.

about the solid community bank culture that National Exchange Bank supports and
the vast array of products and services we are now able to offer our customers,”
Jerry O’Connor, former President and CEO of NBW Bank, and current Market
President for National Exchange Bank said in a statement.

National Exchange Bank has 35 locations in southeast
Wisconsin.
