Neenah High School to see increased Police presence

Police in Neenah have identified a high school student they said was responsible for causing 2 recent fire alarms being pulled at Neenah High School. Police have said there will be a more visible presence this week at the high school. Police also say that, in tracking down the student, they also noted that social media posts made by other students just made the situation worse. The posts made by other students created a false rumor that a school shooting was possible. The Neenah Joint School District said in a message to parents that the students who created the social media posts have been dealt with.
