Neenah man charged with 5th offense OWI over weekend

The Wisconsin State Patrol says they arrested a man over the weekend for his 5th offense of operating under the influence.

On Saturday, at about 8:50 PM, the Winnebago County 911 Dispatch center broadcasted a driving complaint of a vehicle traveling northbound on I 41, varying speeds and unable to maintain their lane.

Minutes later a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper located the vehicle and also observed that the driver was having difficulty maintaining their lane.

Based on this violation, the trooper conducted a traffic stop at State Highway 76 just north of Oshkosh.

During the troopers contact with the driver, he noticed signs of impairment impairment. The driver, 68 year old Timothy Arnoldussen of Neenah, refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, fifth offense.

A blood draw was conducted at an area hospital, and he was booked into the Winnebago County Jail.
