NFDL Man Waives Hearing On Heroin Trafficking Charges

A 25-year-old North Fond du Lac man recently waived his preliminary hearing on heroin trafficking charges. Richard Ferguson was in Fond du Lac County Court for the hearing last Friday. He was subsequently arraigned and pled not guilty to the three felony charges he’s facing. He’s being held in the County Jail on a $500,000 cash bond.
