Nick Ford Hired as FDL HS Boys Basketball Coach

Fond du Lac High School has hired Nick Ford as its new Boys
Basketball coach. Ford is a graduate of Fond du Lac High School, where he played
on the boys basketball team under coach Dick Diener and coach Adam Zakos. He
played collegiately at Cardinal Stritch University where he was a member of their
National Championship team in the 2012-2013 season. After his playing career,
Ford spend two seasons as an assistant coach at Cardinal Stritch and most recently
spent the last two seasons as an assistant at Rockhurst College in Kansas City.

Ford said in a statement:

“Fond du Lac High School Community, Staff and
Students,

It is with great privilege to be able to come back
to Fond du Lac as the Head Boys Basketball Coach. I can’t wait to get in the
gym to start working, and connecting with our guys. When I was growing up, this
program was a state power year in and year out. With hard work and dedication,
we will return to that status in the near future.”
