North Fond du Lac Crash Sends 16-Year-Old Girl To Hospital

A town of Friendship girl crashed in the Village of North Fond du Lac as she was on her way to pick up a classmate to go to school Friday, September 16, 2022.

Just after 7:00 AM, the 16-year-old girl travelled off the road while on Minnesota Avenue near Anne Street.

She overcorrected to steer back in an attempt to regain control of her vehicle but ended up striking a tree.

According to the North Fond du Lac Police Department, she needed to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to a local trauma center by Thedastar Medical Helicopter.

North Fond du Lac Police assisted with the crash scene investigation and North Fond du Lac Fire and Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
