Oakfield Punches Ticket to Madison

Oakfield will be returning to the final 4 after knocking off Belmont 7-5 in the Oakfield Sectional title game.

Oakfield last took home the Division 5 crown in a shorten covid season in 2021. Overall the softball program has won 6 championships.

A seeding meeting will take place this weekend to decide the matchups for the semifinals. Oakfield will be joined by Pacelli, Assumption, McDonell Central.

June 8th 1 seed vs 4 seed Thursday night at 8:30 pm.

June 9th 2 seed vs 3 seed Friday morning at 8 am.

Winners advance to title game June 10th at 8 am.

KFIZ will broadcast Oakfield games until they are eliminated.
