Allen J. Ruples

Allen J. Ruples, 79, of Fond du Lac, died on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Hospice Home
of Hope. He was born on April 26, 1944, in Merrill, WI, the son of Aldor and Elaine (Utech)
Ruples. On June 25, 1966, he married Sue Klebs in Fond du Lac. Al worked for the railroad until
his retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing with his souped-up radiocontrolled truck. Family pets were also important to him, especially Wally and Reba. Al was an
avid fan of all Wisconsin sports teams.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; three children, Dave (Cheryl), Ken, and Steve Ruples; five
grandchildren, Jenna, Mikayla, Brandon, Joseph, and Mattie Ruples; two brothers, David and
Eugene Ruples; sister, Christine Ruples; and many other family members and friends.
At the family’s request, no services will take place. Cremation has taken place
