Brooklyn Grace Lazaro, our angel baby, went to be with Jesus
on March 20, 2017. Brooklyn was born to Tabitha and Salvatore (Haeuser) Lazaro,
III in Menasha, WI.

Brooklyn is survived by her parents, grandparents, Salvatore
and Suzi Lazaro, Jr., Rex and Kim Moss, Betty LeGreve, Michael and Donna
Haeuser; aunts, Katie Lazaro, Kelly Lazaro, Allysa Moss, Kayli Moss and uncle,
Jason Haeuser.

Brooklyn’s family will greet relatives and friends at the
Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division St., Fond du Lac, on Saturday, March 25,
2017, at Noon. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM.
