Bruce Hanke, 71, Waupun

Bruce Hanke, 71 of Waupun, WI passed away on September 12, 2021 with his children by his side.

He was born in Fond du Lac, WI on December 29, 1949 to Nathan and Beatrice (Tuttel) Hanke. He was a loving brother, father and grandfather.

Bruce graduated from Goodrich High School in 1969 and persued culinary school. He loved cooking, the Green Bay Packers, and wrestling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patricia Hanke, and step-daughter Sena Andresen.

He is survived by his three children Beth(Jason) Jakubiak, Nate(Nadia) Hanke, and Amanda Schmitz;  brother Keith(Bonnie) Hanke; two step-children  Gary(Tammy) Andresen and Dorothy Linde; and numerous grandchildren, other relatives, friends, and  former wife and mother of his children Kathleen Hanke.

SERVICES: Bruce’s family invites relatives and friends to Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division St., Fond du Lac, on Monday, September 20, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a time of visitation and sharing of memories. A graveside service will be held in Calvary Cemetery at 1:15 p.m.
