Jeanette Mary Weber
Jeanette Mary Weber, 93, passed away on November 7, 2024, at the St. Francis Home in Fond du Lac. She was born on February 15, 1931, to her parents Paul and Arline (Taylor) Weber.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Marquette University class of 1970. Jeanette had a passion for helping those who suffer from mental health. Throughout her life, she taught at Marian College, was a registered nurse for Milwaukee County Mental Health, and volunteered at NAMI of Fond du Lac. She was an advocate for stativity of Life and all Pro-Life issues. She had a love of travel, Veterans, and animals. She especially loved her cat, Ernestine. Jeanette was a strong, independent woman who had a deep and unshakable love for Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Weber; aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
A visitation for Jeanette will be on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Francis Home Chapel, 33 Everett St, Fond du Lac. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow visitation at 2:30 PM.
A special thank-you to Fr. Adrian, Fr. Kevin Tanel, and SSM Hospice for comforting Jeanette’s end-of-life needs. As well as a thank-you to the staff of the St. Francis assisted living and St. Francis Home for their years of care.
Jeanette always lived by the motto of “Don’t worry about yesterday, it is gone, don’t worry about tomorrow, it is not here yet, all you have is today”.
