Jeremiah Paul Beauprey

It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of Jeremiah Paul Beauprey, born on August 27, 2013, and called home on December 5, 2025, at the age of 12. Though he spent only a brief time with us, Jeremiah’s life was a precious gift that brought immense joy and inspiration to everyone who knew him.

Jeremiah faced the challenges of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with incredible bravery and a spirit that shone brightly through every moment. Despite the limitations his condition brought, he filled our lives with laughter, love, and a wisdom beyond his years. He often spoke about looking forward to being with Jesus, where he would finally be able to run and walk freely.

Jeremiah had a wonderful sense of humor and loved making people smile with his jokes. He was an avid fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers, and some of his happiest moments were spent at baseball games or playing his favorite football and baseball video games. At baseball games, Jeremiah was everyone’s cheerleader, calling out “hit the ball” and “you can do it” to players on both teams, always eager to lift everyone’s spirits with his encouragement.

Jeremiah was a simple guy, never asking for much. A McDonald’s chicken nugget Happy Meal was his most requested treat and never failed to light up his face. This Christmas, the only thing he wanted was College Football 26 for his PS5. Every time we encouraged him to add more to his list, he would simply smile and say, “College Football 26…that’s all,” in the sweetest, most sincere way.

He also loved communicating with the Alexa devices throughout the house from the moment he woke up. Every morning, he would ask about the weather and if a tornado was coming, then request a joke to start his day with laughter. Throughout the day, he could be heard calling out, “Malexa, play Elvis Prestley!” who was his all-time favorite. No one knows where he picked up the “M,” but despite everyone’s effort to correct him, it remained “Malexa,” and it became one of the many sweet, unforgettable things that made Jeremiah who he was.

Jeremiah is survived by his parents, Tina and Gary Beauprey; brothers, Aaron Helsinger and Gary Beauprey, Jr.; sister, Shawna (Jake) Helsinger; nieces, Avery and Taylor; grandmother, Donna Auchue; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his aunt, Carie Auchue; grandparents, Robert and Mabel Beauprey; grandfather and step-grandmother, Richard and Mary Auchue; and great-grandparents, Robert and Marion Bowe.

He was also blessed with a second home with the Winkler family, who loved him as their own and shared countless memories, laughter, and adventures with him.

We will forever cherish the joy Jeremiah brought into our lives and hold dear the lessons of courage and love that he taught us. Jeremiah was truly a bright light in our lives and an inspiration to all who were blessed to know him. May he rest in peace and continue to watch over us until we meet again.
