John L. Jochimsen

John L. “Jocko” Jochimsen, 66, of Chilton, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Atrium Post Acute Care of Chilton. John was born July 27, 1949 in Sheboygan, WI, son of the late Elroy and Rita (Schnur) Jochimsen.



Jocko was employed for a mink farm until his retirement and enjoyed watching sports and playing on his guitars. 



Survivors include his daughter, Jacque; son, Jeff; two sisters, Mary (Gordon) Mandersheid of New Holstein and Joanie (John) Hobbs of Fort Collins, Colorado; two brothers, Howie (Linda) Jochimsen of Kiel and Ken (special friend, Jen) Jochimsen of Ellensburg, WA; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.



A private family service will be held at a later date. 



A memorial fund has been established in the name of John L. “Jocko” Jochimsen.



Jocko’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers at Atrium Post Acute Care of Chilton for the care and compassion shown to him.
