Lois M. Kraus

Lois M. Kraus, 75, of Fond du Lac, died on Sunday, December 9, 2018, at St. Agnes Hospital.

She was born on November 3, 1943, the daughter of Clement J. and Bernadette L. Uebel Kraus. She was a graduate of L.P. Goodrich High School.

Lois worked in canning companies, was a motel manager and did secretarial work. She also worked as a cook at a nursing home in Wyoming. She liked working on puzzles, crosswords, and collecting skunk collectibles.

She is survived by three children: Lori (Rob) Jameson of Texas, James Bronkhost of Cambria, WI and LaVerne “Dolly” (Patrick) Holzman of Fond du Lac, five brothers and sisters: James D. Kraus of Alaska, Kay Ann Kraus of Fond du Lac, Kenneth E. (Jean) Kraus of San Jose, CA, Leona M. Ebert of Fond du Lac, and Diana S. Ebert of Fond du Lac, her step sister, Karen (John) Andrysczyk of Montello, step-sister-in-law Karen Ebert of Fond du Lac, her aunt, Helen M. Braun of Taycheedah, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Mary Ellen Kraus , her step father Arthur E. Ebert, step brother Glenn Ebert, and step sister Marlene Ebert.

Cremation will take place with memorial gathering at a later date.
