Marsha Ann Peters
Marsha Ann Peters, 72, of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin died on Sunday June 16, 2024 peacefully with her husband, Bill, by her side.
Marsha was born on November 29, 1951 in Flint, Michigan as the second child of Elmer and Velma Rossman. Marsha graduated from Goodrich High School in Goodrich, Michigan in 1969 and in 1970 from Mott Community College with a Nursing degree. Marsha married the love of her life, William H. Peters on July 31, 1971 at Goodrich United Methodist Church.
Marsha worked as an LPN in both Michigan and Wisconsin. Marsha and her husband Bill were active members of the Goodrich United Methodist Church, including starting and directing the handbell choir, before moving to Wisconsin. They also enjoyed traveling and riding their tandem bicycle through the MUTS (Michigan United Tandem Society) and COWs (Couples on Wheels) organizations. Marsha also worked as a piano teacher after moving to Fond du Lac.
Survivors include her husband Bill, children Scott (Candy) and Sheri (Nick) and her grandchildren Nathaniel (Chrissy) and Samantha. She is also survived by her siblings Roger (Joy), Keith (Laurie), Beth (Jim) and her loving nieces and nephews.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents Elmer Rossman and Velma (Parker) Rossman.
A celebration of life and luncheon will be held on November 2, 2024 at Goodrich United Methodist Church in Goodrich, MI (8071 S. State Rd, Goodrich, MI 84838) at noon.
