Norman L. Huff
Norman “Norm” “Bumpa” L. Huff,
56, of Rosendale, died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 20, 2018, doing what
he enjoyed, working outdoors.
He was born on November 23,
1961, in Watersville, Maine, the son of Dennis and Eunice (Brooks) Huff. He graduated from Laconia High School, on May
27, 1981. On May 29, 1981, he married
Pamela J. Boeck, at Salem United Methodist Church in Eldorado.
Norm worked at Morgan Doors
for over 15 years, then worked at Quad Graphics for over 15 years, and was
currently employed at Oshkosh Corporation.
Norm was a member of United Church of Christ in Rosendale. He was a volunteer firefighter with the
Rosendale Fire Department for over 33 years.
He was also a past member of Rosendale Lions Club for 10 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling,
sapping and making maple syrup, and working outdoors. He loved playing with his grandkids and
spending time with family, and loved his fur babies and fur grandbabies.
He is survived by his wife,
Pamela Huff of Rosendale; three children: Elizabeth (Jim) Rowe of Oshkosh,
Dennis R. (Amy) Huff, and their children Chelsea and Bryson of Rosendale, and Heather (Ben) Juedes and their two sons Isaiah
and Lawerence of Rosendale; his mother, Eunice Huff of Fond du Lac; his mother-
in- law, Joyce Boeck of Eldorado; his sister, Debi Fenton of California and her
children Tyler Fenton and Sara (Travis) Gurath; his brother, Darren (Rhonda)
Huff of Rosendale and their children Jackie and Mitchel; brother- in-law, Dale
(Cheryl) Boeck of Oshkosh and their son Lee Howard; along with many other
special friends and relatives.
He is preceded in death by
his father Dennis L. Huff, his father-in-law, Richard Boeck, nephew, Calvin
Searl and special friend of family, Roger Becker.
VISITATION: Family will
receive friends on Saturday, January 27, 2018, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at United
Church of Christ, 204 West Division Street, Rosendale.
FUNERAL: A memorial service
will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 1:00 PM at UCC Rosendale, with
Rev. Wesley Wassell officiating. Burial
will follow at Salem United Methodist Cemetery.
