Sandra Lynn (Mohr) Horien

Sandra Lynn (Mohr) Horien passed away on February 11, 2026 at home. She was born in Oshkosh, WI on April 2, 1954, the third child of Wilfred and Yvonne (Smrz) Mohr. The family moved to Fond du Lac in 1956 and grew to include eight children – Susan, Dennis, Sandra, Donald, Daniel, Cynthia, Sharon and Rachel.

Sandy married Andrew Nett in 1976 and had children Amber E. (Kevin) Cloyd and Karl A. (Renee) Nett. On March 17, 1992 Sandy married Charles “Chuck” Horien, Jr. and added children Charles E. Horien III and Katie R. (Chris) Boge to their family. Chuck passed away on May 27, 2025.

In addition to her children, Sandy is survived by five grandchildren: Sam H. (Gwyn) Cloyd, Max R. Cloyd, Madison (Dustin) Meyer, Willow Rose Boge and Cody A. Zimmerman, seven siblings: Susan (Buddy) O’Neill, Dennis (Susie) Mohr, Donald (Erin) Mohr, Cynthia (John) Murphy, Sharon Kiser, Rachel (John) Nowak and many nieces and nephews.

Sandy and Chuck’s children invite relatives and friends to Zacherl Funeral Home in Fond du Lac on Friday, March 20th for a visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. to honor the lives of Sandy and Chuck.
