Sister Marie Gross, SSSF, Sister Fabiola, 96, passed away Monday July 28, 2014 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. She was born in Chicago, IL on July 12, 1918 the daughter of Carl and Johanna Tax Gross. Sister joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 13, 1938 and professed her vows on August 12, 1940. Sister Marie served her community as a teacher, principal and a college instructor at various community missions.

Sister Marie is survived by her nieces and nephews, and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 76years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thur. July 31, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will be in Sisters Cemetery, Campbellsport. Visitation and wake service will begin at 9:00 AM Thur. July 31st at St. Joseph Convent.
