Terrance (Terry) R. Schneider
Terrance (Terry) R. Schneider, 66, of Park Falls, WI, passed away peacefully on November 21,
2024 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, WI, surrounded by his family. Terry was born on January 23, 1958 to the late Geraldine and Robert E. Schneider. In June of 1976 Terry
graduated from LP Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac. He then graduated from Moraine Park
Technical College (MPTC) in Fond du Lac with a degree in Culinary Arts. Throughout his career, Terry worked in many local restaurants, including The Gazebo in Fond du Lac, and Silver Springs in Waldo, WI. He also managed High Cliff in Sherwood, WI and Waverly Beach in
Menasha, WI.
Terry then owned and operated Twin Haven in Conover, WI. He later went on to own and operate the Round Up Bar and Grill in Park Falls, where he has been a staple behind the bar for many years, serving up his famous Friday fish and Chicken Dinners. He loved conversing with everyone, sharing stories and laughter. His kitchen was always open on holidays for those that were away from family, and his patrons became his family.
When he wasn’t cooking or serving drinks, his passion was carpentry and working with his
hands, especially building his log cabin. He also enjoyed hunting, and even has a trophy bear
and bobcat. He had a love for the outdoors, and nature, and was at peace in the Northwoods.
Terry is survived by his daughter Kiley Schneider and special friend Kurt Schmidt from Hilbert
WI; grandson, Alrik Stanhope; son Joseph Schneider and wife Marie from St. Paul MN; siblings Rick (Debbie) Schneider of Lamartine WI, Lynn (David) McCoy of Rosendale, WI, Donald (Janet) Schneider of North Fond du Lac, WI, Kent (Mary) Schneider of Rosendale, WI, and Cory (Julie) Schneider of Fond du Lac, WI; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Marshfield Hospital in Park Falls, St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, and SSM Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac for their excellent care that was given to Terry during his stay.
A celebration of life is being planned for a later date in Park Falls, WI.
