Thomas D. Heise

Thomas “Tom” D. Heise, 73, of North Fond du Lac, died on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at St. Agnes Hospital.

He was born on February 4, 1945, in Fond du Lac, the son of William and Dorothy Wischnewski Heise. On August 20, 1966, he married Margaret “Marge” A. Morrison at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Oakfield.

Tom worked at Mercury Marine, in Plant 15, for over 41 years in water treatment. He enjoyed trapshooting, bowling, camping, fishing, sturgeon spearing, snowmobiling, and especially loved the Fond du Lac Farmers Market on Saturday mornings in the summer. He was a lifetime member of Wescot Sportsman Club and served on the board of directors for a number of years.

He is survived by his wife Marge Heise of North Fond du Lac, his children: Kristine Heise, Stacey (Special friend Kevin Wolfe) Warner and Katylynn Heise all of North Fond du Lac; his grandchildren: Michael (Mercedes) Zivkovich of Oshkosh, Jordan Anderson of Milwaukee and Katylynn Heise of North Fond du Lac; his great-granddaughter Katiri Zivkovich, his sister, Donna Hansen of Waupun; his sister-in-laws Sandy (Carl) Goron of Fond du Lac, Darlene Angel and Nancy (Gary) Zupke both of North Fond du Lac, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one nephew Robert Hansen, two brother-in-laws Robert Hansen and Daryl Morrison.

VISITATION: Friends may call on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, from 11:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac.

FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, with Chaplain Karen Kraus officiating. Burial will follow in Ledgeview Memorial Park.
