Thomas Scott Lemke

Thomas Scott Lemke, 69, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026, at his home. He was born on December 12, 1956, to his parents Harvey and Carol (Foy) Lemke, Sr.

Tom spent his working career at Saputo Cheese USA. Tom had a deep love for the outdoors and spent many of his happiest moments enjoying nature. He was passionate about motorcycling, riding his UTV, hunting, and sturgeon spearing, and he appreciated every opportunity to be outside. He also had a special love for his dogs, Dakota, Milo and Bailey, who brought him great companionship and joy throughout his life.

Above all, Tom treasured his family. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories and sharing with them the activities he enjoyed most. His adventurous spirit, love of the outdoors, devotion to his dogs, and dedication to his family will be remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Tom is survived by children, Jason “Leroy” (Sara) Lemke and Jamie (Ryan) Schneider; grandchildren, Isabella Leach (Thomas), Logan, Landon, and Lane Lemke; siblings, Harvey (Susie) Lemke Jr, Jimmy Lemke (Kris), and Mary Mohr (Mike); nieces and nephews, Danny, Christie, Brian, and Mike. Tom is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Mark Lemke, brother; and Jeff Mohr, brother-in-law.

Per Tom’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Tom’s life will be planned for a future date.
