Office of Emergency Communications announces FY2024 PSAP grant recipients

The Office of Emergency Communications has announced the award of 19 grant projects totaling over $5.5 million dollars in state funding to local 911 centers across Wisconsin.

Funding will be used for various projects related to equipment upgrades, advanced training necessary for Next Generation 9-1-1 implementation, and call center consolidation efforts.

While Fond du Lac County was not included in the grants, the surrounding counties of Dodge, Winnebago and Sheboygan counties will receive nearly $800,000 combined.
