Oshkosh Drug Correctional Facility Escapee Recaptured

The man who escaped a correctional facility in Oshkosh is now back in custody. 26-year old Roemance Toney was arrested in Appleton on Saturday night. Toney reportedly escaped from the Drug Abuse Correctional Center around 2:30pm Saturday afternoon. 

He has convictions on his record for armed robbery and burglary. The Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office is handling charges related to his escape.
