Oshkosh Man Charged With Intent To Deliver Cocaine In Fond du Lac After Foot Pursuit

A 32-year-old Oshkosh man has been charged with multiple crimes after an incident that took place in the City of Fond du Lac Friday, September 16, 2022.

Just after 1:30 PM an officer with the Fond du Lac Police Department pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation on south Main Street near Sheboygan Street.

The driver attempted to flee the scene by running away from the vehicle.

A short foot pursuit took place and while the man was running, he was observed throwing things from his waistband.

Officers caught the man and recovered 61.8 grams of crack cocaine and marijuana that he tossed during the pursuit.

The driver was arrested for Felony Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Resisting, and a Probation Violation.
