Oshkosh Nursing Home Now Sees COVID-19 Spread

The latest hotspot for
coronavirus spread happens to be in Oshkosh.
Serenity Garden, which is part of Bethel Home,
has had more than a dozen people test positive for COVID-19 out of a total of
91 residents. There have also been 165 tests on staff, with 5 of those tests
coming back positive. The company that owns the properties, Miravida Living,
said testing has also been done at Eden Meadows, which is home to 28 residents
and 57 employees. Bethel Homes is one of two homes in Winnebago County
that are part of an active public health investigation. Park View Health Center
is also being investigated.
