Oshkosh Sex Offender Release

Oshkosh Police say a 35-year-old sex offender is moving to 1105A Jefferson Street today. Byron Dodd was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child twice. In both instances the victim was a 14-year-old girl. He will be on electronic monitoring and will be actively supervised until September 18th of 2023.
