Oshkosh Woman Charged After Kicking Nurse At SSM Health/St Agnes

A 32 year old Oshkosh woman is facing charges of Bodily Harm to a Health Care worker in Fond du Lac County after an incident that occurred Wednesday, June 28th at SSM Health/St Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.

According to a criminal complaint, Hope Smith began screaming, and kicking an emergency room nurse in the chest after they began drawing blood from Smith.

Smith is also facing charges of bail jumping as a result of the incident. Her preliminary hearing is set for July 13th.

According to court records, Smith is out on bond awaiting trial for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Forest County for an incident that occurred earlier this year.
