Packers Hold Off Washington, Improve to 10-3

Green Bay 20, Washington 15

–Aaron Jones rushed for a season-high 134 yards and a touchdown, while Aaron Rodgers threw for 195 yards and a score as the Packers did just enough to beat the Redskins at Lambeau Field on Sunday. 

The Packers led 14-0 after one quarter – but were held to just six more points the rest of the way. The Green Bay defense kept Washington mostly in check – racking up four sacks and an interception on Redskins rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins. Haskins threw for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter to fellow rookie Terry McLaurin. Adrian Peterson added the only other touchdown on the day for Washington, who drops to 3-10. 

The Packers improve to 10-3 on the season – and play their final home game of the regular season Sunday against the Chicago Bears, kickoff is at Noon. 

Minnesota 20, Detroit 7

–Kirk Cousins threw for 242 yards and a touchdown in the win for the Vikings. Minnesota is 9-4 and plays at the LA Chargers on Sunday.
