Part of Brooke Street to close for a week for road work

The City of Fond du Lac Department of Public Works announced that construction on Brooke Street next week may impact traffic.

The southbound lane of N. Brooke Street, between Arndt and Follett Streets will close this Tuesday morning, April 22, 2025, at 6 AM and remain closed until 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29th.

Residents who live within the closure will have access to their properties during the project.

The closure will be in place to allow crews to complete concrete pavement restoration.

Motorist are encouraged to plan alternative routes while the work takes place, as there will be no signed detour route.
