The long trails are 20-30 second exposures where a plane with a shower of sparks flew through the frame, shooting off fireworks. So instead of a snapshot moment in time, the image is showing up to 30 seconds of time in one image. There are a couple shorter ones when the planes flew through the fireworks. Those were 8-10 second exposures. Also the images with the drone images look a little blurred because the drones are moving and the photo is an 8-10 second exposure.
